Dear Beloved Camp Participants, Parents, Guardians and Volunteers,
We hope this message finds you well and surrounded by the peace and warmth of summer. It is with deep appreciation for your continued support—and with a heavy heart—that we share an important update regarding our 2025 Summer Youth Bible Camp.
After much prayer, reflection, and discussion, our team has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s camp. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to be transparent about the reasons behind it:
- Several of our cherished church members are currently facing health challenges, and we are prioritizing their care and recovery.
- We want to ensure that all staff and volunteers have ample time to complete the necessary Safe Sanctuary background checks and clearances, which are essential for the safety and well-being of our children.
- Above all, our church and community remain committed to offering high-quality programming that is both meaningful and fun. We believe that taking this pause will allow us to return next year with renewed energy, creativity, and excellence.
While we will miss the joy, laughter, and spirit that fill our camp each summer, we are already looking ahead with hope for next year.
